Ad Hoc note on “the Data Transparency Initiative and its impact on Cohesion Policy”
The purpose of the ad-hoc note was to provide the Committee on Regional Development with a critical and detailed analysis of the implementation of European Transparency Initiative (ETI) reinforced by the revised Financial Regulation and the disclosure of beneficiary information for EU funds in the Member States. In addition, it assessed whether the aims of the ETI in the context of Cohesion Policy was achieved by the measures taken or further measures still have to be defined and implemented.
