B2B Matchmaking in the upholstered furniture sector

CSIL supported the client, a large international company manufacturing and distributing upholstered furniture, to contact potential suppliers of private label upholstery in Central-Eastern Europe. Through a focussed survey, CSIL pre-selected and profiled companies based on a given set of criteria such as the production capacity and specific production features (level of automation, degree of product customization, etc.). A shortlist of relevant companies were introduced to the client.
