Technical assistance, training and software development for the ex-ante evaluation of investment projects. CSIL assisted the Maltese authorities and to develop guidelines, templates and other documentation that project promoters use for preparing investment projects to be funded by Union funds and/or EFSI and the Ministry for European Affairs and Equality in Malta (MEAE) use to carry out the ex-ante evaluation of such projects. In addition, the project included training for public sector officials from the Ministry for European Affairs and Equality on how to interpret and complete ex-ante templates as well as on how to carry out the ex-ante evaluations of investment projects.
