Anthony Bovagnet joined CSIL in May 2021. He carries out data collection, documentary review, and interviews for various assignments in the field of EU research policy and contributes to impact assessments and counterfactual analyses, especially on SME support.
Anthony has previous experience in European Affairs at the French Parliament for the European Affairs Committee. He also worked at the European Parliament (DG IPOL), providing support for the budgetary affairs and budgetary control Committees.
He completed a Master in Management from a French business school (Grenoble Ecole de Management) and a Master in Development Economics focusing on the macroeconomics, public development policies and governance of international institutions for development.
