Alessandra Tracogna joined CSIL in 2000. She boasts a longstanding experience in market and value chain analysis for many industries worldwide, including wood, furniture, textile, leather, fashion, and design. She specialises in the design and management of projects analysing international competitiveness and global trade, competitive system functioning and companies positioning, market analysis, and forecasting.
She has gained strong consultancy experience in providing support to the formulation of marketing strategies of SMEs and large companies, as well as to the design of sector development strategies for public institutions and trade associations.
She graduated in Economics and Social Sciences from the Bocconi University in Milan.
