Sara Paoletti

Business Consulting

Sara Paoletti is currently Partner and Director of the Business Consulting Unit of CSIL.

She has a degree in Economics and Commerce from Ancona University and a Master in Business Management from ISTAO.

She specialises in economics, marketing and the competitiveness analysis of small and medium-sized firms. She has recently conducted studies and competitiveness analyses of districts and areas with productive specialisations (the furniture district of Bassa Veronese, the appliances district of Fabriano, and the furniture district of Alta Valle del Tevere).

She has specific experience in the field of marketing analysis and in the preparation of business-plans, coordinating numerous working groups, also at an international level. The areas in which she has gained most expertise are the kitchen, bathroom and office furniture industries and distribution.

She is involved in many activities including coordinating the Master in Business Strategy and Management at ISTAO, where she also carries out research and is responsible for training for firms. She is one of the experts for SOSE for its sectorial studies and its AUDIT activities. She is a constant contributor to numerous sector publications (furniture industry and distribution), regularly participates in conferences and also lectures as a sector expert.
