Slađana Krgović joined CSIL in 2025. She is a labour economist and quantitative policy analyst specialising in labour markets, income inequality, employment outcomes and socio-economic development.
She applies quantitative methods to the analysis of labour markets, inequality and socio-economic outcomes. Her methodological background includes econometric analysis, statistical modelling and the use of administrative and survey data to support policy research and evaluation.
Slađana holds a PhD in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University, where her research focused on the drivers of inequality and policies to mitigate the effects of economic downturns. She also holds a Master's degree in Advanced Economics from Sapienza University of Rome and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from the University of Bologna.
