CSIL is conducting the evaluation of the EIB Group support to EU SMEs through equity instruments between 2010 and 2020, for EIB Operations Evaluation Division.
CSIL assessed the effectiveness, efficiency (focusing on the cost-benefit analysis), relevance, coherence, and EU-added value of the NLF, the New Legislative Framework that supports EU product legislation’s development and implementation.
