Lu Zhang joined CSIL in 2023 as a Market Researcher. She focuses on conducting industry studies and market research. She conducts analyses for market sizing, forecasting, and competitive system mapping, evaluating key players and M&A trends. She also sources, filters, and synthesises data to support product strategy, pricing, and benchmarking.
Before joining CSIL, Lu gained international experience in the retail, marketing, and creative industries.
She holds an MSc in Economics and Management of Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment from Bocconi University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Beijing Union University.
