Ex post evaluation of major projects supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Cohesion Fund between 2000 and 2013
CSIL is leading on this ex-post evaluation aimed to assess the long-term contribution of 10 selected major projects - co-financed by the ERDF and CF during 2000-2006 and 2007-2013 programming periods - to economic development as well as the quality of life and well-being of society, including effects on the environment. The study firstly assesses 10 major projects financed in the transport sector and then, subject to further renewals, its scope will be extended to environment, energy, ICT and RDI with three subsequent contracts.
