We are seeking a Policy Analyst with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our Policy Advisory & Evaluation team. The successful candidate will contribute to high-profile assignments on the evaluation and impact assessment of EU legislation, ensuring our studies meet the highest analytical and methodological standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Analysis: Draft evaluation reports, impact assessments, policy briefs, and tender proposals in English.
- Methodological Design: Apply ex ante and ex post evaluation methods, fitness checks, and cost-benefit analyses in line with the Better Regulation Guidelines.
- Evidence Gathering: Conduct legal and documentary reviews, interviews with policymakers and stakeholders, and quantitative/qualitative data analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings at workshops and public events, and liaise with clients, partners, and experts across Europe.
