Ugo Finzi is Senior Advisor of CSIL, Centre for Industrial Studies. He holds degrees from Politecnico di Milano (industrial engineering) and from Bocconi University (business administration). He lives in Washington, DC, where he has held several staff and management positions at the World Bank, dealing with a broad range of sectors and regions. His professional interests and experience cover energy, industry, municipal services, assistance to development of small and medium enterprises, global sector and market studies. He has practiced and taught project analysis and evaluation worldwide. He has been associated with CSIL since 1989. |
