RI-PATHS’ participatory workshops
CSIL's researchers contribute to the workshop, and have joined the first one organised at CERN (Geneva, Switzerland), focused on infrastructures for basic research
Partners of the RI-PATHS project are holding participatory workshops to involve research infrastructure stakeholder community to take part in the refinement and substantiation of the socio-economic impact assessment model that the project team is currently developing. The aim is to generate a shared understanding of when, how and under what conditions investments in research infrastructures bring about various types of impacts. At the same time, during the meetings, participants focus on establishing the largest common denominator of what impact pathways are the most relevant and feasible to account for in an impact assessment.
CSIL’s researchers contribute to the workshop, and have joined the first one organised at CERN (Geneva, Switzerland), focused on infrastructures for basic research.
Next participatory workshops will be held:
- On 28 November 2018 at ALBA (Barcelona, Spain), focusing on applied and solution-oriented research infrastructures. Link for registration
- 4 December 2018 at ELIXIR (Cambridge, UK) focusing on distributed and virtual data infrastructures. Link for registration
