CSIL experts joined the 12th EES Biennial Conference

October 2016, 

CSIL experts - Florio M., Sirtori, E. and Vignetti, S. -  joined the 12th EES Biennial Conference "Evaluation Futures in Europe and beyond. Connectivity, Innovation and Use", held in Maastricht on September 26th - 30th, 2016.

Massimo Florio joined the Plenary Panel 1 on "Evaluative knowledge and knowledge from the disciplines: What works best when addressing urgent societal problems", held on September 28th.

Silvia Vignetti delivered a presentation on September 29th. The presentation titled  "Supporting SMEs Innovation and Growth During the Economic Crisis: a Theory-Based Impact Evaluation of 2007-2013 Cohesion Policy Programmes" and drawed by a recent evaluation study carried out on behalf of DG Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission (click here for more details on this study).

Emanuela Sirtori delivered a presentation titled "Opening the Black Box: Value Added of Bayesian Network Analysis in the Evaluation of Business Support " on September 29th and joined - as a panelist - the session held on September 30th on "Theory Meets Practice: Experience with Theory Based Impact Evaluations in the Field of Enterprise Support"
