Cost-benefit analysis Training course in FYROM
CSIL has organized two training day on cost benefit analysis of investment projects. The overall objective was to provide training beneficiaries with technical support for an efficient and timely implementation of Component III – Regional Development of the Operational Programme 2007-2009 for Macedonia. More specifically, the seminar was aimed at delivering theoretical and practical knowledge on how to read and assess feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses of major projects asking for EU co-financing under the Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA). The direct beneficiaries of the training have been identified in the European Commission (EC) Delegation in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and the relevant staff of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Environment, who is involved in the preparation of major projects applications for co-financing under the IPA Regional Development Operational Programme.
