The site provides information on Csil's activities and offers instant access to Csil's exclusive market research reports on the furniture industry and furniture-related sectors. The site also provides online information services on the furniture industry and markets worldwide, free upon registration.

Csil Milano has been monitoring the furniture and furnishings sector for 20 years, providing qualified forecasts for the main 50 furniture markets in the world. As the Europe's leading furniture industry research institute, Csil prepares more than 100 market reports a year, focusing on specific sub-sectors of the wood-furniture-furnishings industry: office furniture, kitchen furniture, upholstered furniture, upper-end furniture, lighting fixtures, bathroom furniture, built-in appliances as well as semi-finished products, parquet flooring and woordworking machinery.

Csil also publishes a series of reports focusing on countries and country areas, thus covering the main 560 furniture markets in the world.

To gain access to documents available upon purchase, once you have completed your online purchase process, use your personal UserID and Password combination to acces purchased documents: these can be viewed within your web browser (HTML) or using Adobe's Acrobat Viewer, as portable document format (PDF) files which replicate the printed product exactly (see configuration tips for more info).

How do I access documents in csilmilano.com?

Free documents are accessible upon free registration: the registration form will appear in a secondary page. Once you've registered, close the registration page and click on the title to read the free documents you're interested in.

Reports available for purchase can be selected by using the appropriate checkboxes: click the "Add to shopping cart" button at the bottom of page, and then the "confirm your purchase" button to start the purchasing process. Once this is completed (it will take few minutes if you pay by credit card or few days in case you prefer a check or bank transfer), you can go to your Personal Page and download your reports (whatever their format) by clicking on the title.

How do I order and buy at csilmilano.com (online and offline options)?

Csil Milano lets you order all of the documents and publications in electronic format right over the web using your credit card: once the payment procedure has been completed (it takes few minutes), you can download from Your Personal Page the items you bought in PDF, XLS or HTML format.

Alternatively, you may pay by bank transfer or by check: in this case your order will be kept by the system until we receive your payment (it usually takes few days); as soon as the bank procedures are completed, we will send you an e-mail informing that the items you bought are available for downloading from your Personal Page.

How can I download my reports from CSILmilano.com?

Downloading reports from CSILmilano.com is a quick and simple process.

Once you have completed the online payment procedure and have received confirmation that your credit card order has been registered, you will receive a message saying that the documents you just ordered are available for immediate download from Your Personal Page.

Follow the link to Your Personal Page and find the complete list of your reports. You will be given the option of downloading your file(s) directly on to your PC by simply clicking on the document title.

Alternatively, you can download your file(s) at a later stage at your convenience: in this case, you only have to access Your Personal Page and follow the above-described steps. Please, remember that the system will store your reports for no more than 5 days!

Files may be in different formats: PDF, XLS, and HTML. Whatever the format of your file(s), you just need one click on the title to download/access them.

PDF documents. If you have not already downloaded a PDF file, you first need to install the free Acrobat Reader (TM) software. Then, from your Personal Page you can download your file(s) directly on to your PC by just clicking on the document title.

HTML and XLS documents. To access your HTML or XLS file(s) from your Personal Page just click on the document title. You can print your documents or save them on your PC.
