John Sacks

Associate Expert

John Sacks is an Associate Expert of CSIL.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Laws honours degree from London University and is a highly experienced office furniture manufacturing industry Chief Executive.

He is a specialist in Management Consultancy, providing strategic advice to major office and contract furniture companies on an international basis. His experience includes projects in Europe, Australia, Bangladesh, Egypt, Japan and Turkey.

Among his various European and UK industry related positions, he was appointed to the Presidency of FEMB (Fédération Européenne de Meubles de Bureau); he is former Board Member of CBI National Manufacturing Council and Member of FISG-DTI Committee Furniture Industry Strategy Group.

He has been Managing Director of companies belonging to some of the most important international groups, including Samas Groep, Skandinavisk Industries and the Arenson Group, a position he held until 2007.
