Mario Genco is a partner of CSIL since 1997. He is an engineer specialising in appraisal, planning and management of projects and programmes at a regional and national level. He is an expert in the energy and water sectors. He has been appointed as high professional profile Advisor for several water, energy and environmental projects by national and international bodies. His experience encompasses all phases of project cycle management: from ex-ante evaluation, feasibility studies and CBA, to operational planning, follow-up of authorising procedures, organisations and coordination of implementation, ex-post evaluation. He is member of the team which prepared the four editions of the CBA Guide on behalf of the DG Regional Policy of the European Commission. |
