Sara Colautti

Industry Studies

Sara Colautti is a partner of CSIL since 2001 and director of the Industry Studies Unit.

She holds a degree in Political Sciences (Milan) with a major in statistics.

Her research experience includes sector analysis for more than 15 SMEs industries, quantitative analysis of business data, biannual business surveys with more than 1200 interviews, the management of CSIL econometric model specializing in forecast for some SMEs sectors, design and management of large database of macro and microdata for more than 50 countries.

She has a thorough knowledge of Italian industrial districts.

She has also been lecturer in economics in the University of Milan, and is the author of some research papers published in learned journals in economics.
