CSIL Industry Studies are an in-depth analysis of the economics and organization of firms, industrial sectors and markets.

Our experts conduct research on industrial organization topics and uses applied microeconomics and macroeconomics including fiscal, regulatory, tax, and trade policies, the organization of factor markets and more generally issues of comparative advantage in the global market.

Our economists produce analyses on the strengths and weaknesses of company systems and economic policy for business associations, chambers of commerce, trade institutions, union organisations, the civil service, consortia and fair organisers. Our experts boast a wide experience in diagnosing and designing sector strategies and are valuable partners for institutional clients, both public and private.

We use a multidisciplinary approach and generally employ both quantitative and qualitative research methods (including direct observation and primary data collection trough a close interaction with clients and in-depth analysis of the competitors), applied across firms within a particular industry.
