MASSIMO FLORIO, President
Founder of Csil, currently fellow of the Dept. of Economics, University of Milan, formerly visiting scholar at the LSE and consultant professor at the Universities of Urbino and Ancona. He is an expert in Economic Development Policies and in Project Evaluation.

ALBERTO MARCATI, Senior Advisor
Professor of Marketing at the University of Bologna with a sociology degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium), he was a visiting scholar at MIT. Before starting his academic career, he worked in Marketing planning for the Cassina furniture company.

UGO FINZI, World Outlook Senior Advisor
An expert in Project Analysis and Evaluation with worldwide experience (Latin America, Asia, Eastern Europe), he worked for more than 25 years with the World Bank, where he held management positions mostly in the project field.

Csil's Marketing Director, he specialises in International Market Research. He holds degrees in Economics and in Business Administration.

CHIARA STELLA PUGLIESE, Consulting
Coordinator of Csil's Trend Research Unit, she holds a degree in Political Science and attended post-graduate courses in Management at ISTAO and in International Marketing at LSE.
